Hello, of course I did a firmware update. The problem is, the RGB sometimes lights up everything, sometimes on top and the ring, and sometimes everything with the buttons. But it's like jinxed, most of the time it only lights up at the top with display and nothing at the bottom. What am I doing wrong?

It is normal for the unit's lighting to change or go through different patterns.
However, if you have problems with the lighting not working properly or behaving erratically, there may be a problem with the unit.
If the software has not yet been installed, I would try again via software:
