Hello, the front lens of my projector has melted, what could be the cause and which lens do I need to reorder?

According to my research, a melted front lens on the Epson EH-TW650 can be caused by extreme heat development, for example due to blocked ventilation, a defective fan or improper use. The lens is not a standard spare part, so the entire lens module usually has to be replaced. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this, so we recommend that you contact the manufacturer.
