I have been using Ultra for about a month.
At the beginning I had pain or pressure in my ear. This went away the closer I set the noise cancelling function to zero. By the way, people with weak or sensitive tricorders often feel pain or pressure. And if the size of the silicone part that fits in the ear is right, the wearing comfort has become even better.
