Hello together I have the problem that when the keyboard is connected to a Windows PC, the alt key to the left of the space bar does not work. With the Mac, however, it works as the cmd key. I could not solve the problem with Logi Options +. Does anyone know what the reason for this could be or is this a defect in the keyboard? Many thanks for your help.
