Hello Together I bought this laptop and have nothing but problems with it. Specifically: bluescreens without end. I always get bluescreens when I want to get a bit more "performance". That is, it runs without problems when only the desktop window is open (although it has also crashed after the laptop was in sleep mode and I logged in). However, as soon as I want to open other programmes, it has problems and crashes (not to mention games) or displays a blue screen. The bluescreens always have different codes. What I have done: I re-installed Windows, updated all drivers and also the manufacturer-specific programmes/drivers as well as a Windows error diagnosis (without success). I am a bit desperate... I also suspect that it's the CPU, but that's just a guess. I would be very happy for any help. Greetings
