Hello Together I own the Poly Voyager 5200. I use it with IPhone XS Max and IOS 15.01. I have been using this Plantronics Legend headset for about 4 years and have always been satisfied with it. Unfortunately, however, this headset doesn't really seem to be beyond all doubt, because I only have problems with the thing. The person I'm talking to suddenly can't hear me anymore and I have a strange reverberation with latency. If I then switch it off and on again, it works again for a few minutes and then it starts all over again. I sent the first headset back as a warranty claim, but the new one has the same problems. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks for the info

Hello to all. I have had the headset for some time. At the beginning everything went smoothly. Suddenly, I also got a comment from the other person that they couldn't hear me. I then switched the headset off and thought that if I switched it on again at some point, it would stop. I can now only make sporadic calls via the headset. The error keeps coming up. What do I have to do to change this setting to the German version. Would be very happy about a short description of the procedure, as I was also on the verge of sending the headset back. Thank you very much. Miriam

Hello Together

I have probably been able to solve the problem.
Yesterday I changed the headset from English to German.
It's not just the language that is changed, but the entire firmware.
This morning I was able to talk on the phone for an hour and never once had the problem described above.
I suspect that a bug has crept into the English version, i.e. the firmware set with the factory settings.

I will now test the device for a week and then write a final report.
