Hello together I would like to pair the transmitter with JBL children's headphones. It is already the second device where it does not work. What am I doing wrong? I have turned off Bluetooth everywhere in the area. But the two devices can't be found.

Hello Annika,

According to the instructions (https://fr.hama.com/webresourc...) point 5.3:
1. the adapter must be in TX mode (see switch on the side RX-TX)
2. the device to be paired must be in pairing mode (normally hold down the power button for about 5 seconds...). but this is device specific.
The device must support A2DP and Bluetooth 4.1.

So far I have only had problems with headphones that are explicitly operated on Bluetooth 5 LE. Bluetooth is still quite unreliable when it comes to pairing, especially when different versions meet.

Note: When switching between RX and TX mode, the device deletes all pairings.
