Hello, we bought an Ecoflow Delta Max, charged it up - battery level 100% and put it away. After 3 weeks we took it out to test it - battery level 0. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thank you for any information on what we can do!

If the Ecoflow was switched off, this is not normal.
Ours has been standing for a while and still has 99%.
