Hello, we have purchased this product. However, the link to the cashback leads to a registration page where you have to log in/register as an Epson partner. After registering, you receive the following message: Thank you for registering. We will check your partnership and get in touch with you". How do we get the cashback?

Done. Do not use the Firefox browser for the cashback function (period 27.08.2020). Maybe they will eventually make it so that the cashback can also be claimed via Firefox.
