Hello We received the product. It comes with a German adapter plug but we live in Switzerland. Can you please send a plug adapter so we can use the monitor? We bought the monitor on Galaxus so why would it not come with an adapter for Switzerland?

Usually, an adaptor is added automatically when there is no plug. There must have been a mistake. Please get in touch with our customer service. They can send you the suitable adaptor for free.
