Sorry for my late, no German keyboard. But, as GlasierLeviavan68 says, you can set it in French. I'm French and I'm using my German QWERTZ macbook in french.

There are QWERTY or QWERTY keyboards, in your settings you set your own language that you need, including French. It's all very easy.
