According to the operating instructions, the fan can be removed:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual...
So you should be able to replace it with another one. However, as it runs quietly and reliably on my device, I don't intend to do this for the time being :)

As I do not intend to replace a perfectly functioning component (the fan works very quietly and very reliably), I cannot answer this question.
