Hello, I bought the ASUS ZenBook 13 UX331FN-EG004T product and the site offered me this Docking Station. I have a HP Elite Book and I can't get it to work with this one. I have an HP also an HP Elite Book and with this one it works. The ASUS tells me that the connected USB device has malfunctioned. Is there an incompatibility?

I had the problem with an iPad Pro model 2018 and a Projection Matrix
With the power supply connected, I have not encountered any other problems.

We have exactly the same problem! The ICY BOX IB-DK4040-CPD - USB Type-C mini Dock PD (HDMI, VGA, 100W, USB Typ C, USB Typ A) is probably not compatible with the Lenovo Ideapad C340-15IIL (15.60", Full HD, Intel Core i7-1065G7, 8GB, 512GB, SSD). We tested it with a MacBook pro and it works! Disappointed with Digitec's advice :-(
