Question about Delock Monitor splitter HDMI

Hello I bought this Delok monitor splitter HDMI. Now it turns out that the dot frequency and horizontal frequency on the screens are not correct (signal error)=. fD: 148.7 MHz and fH: 67.6 kHz flash red. Individually, without a monitor splitter and the same HDMI cable, the screens work. What is wrong? Thank you very much for your help.

I had to return this monitor splitter to the Digitec branch in the end. I only had one monitor out of a total of two supplied with picture and sound. I finally decided to connect a monitor splitter from Delock via the display port connection on the laptop and the variant now works perfectly. I cannot explain the problem in detail, nor could the Digitec employee. We suspect incompatibility with Windows, although the description says that the splitter should also work with Windows 10.
