Hello I have a Mifcom PC that I want to upgrade from home to pro. When I enter the key in the settings under "Change product key", I get error messages. Am I doing something wrong or is the key defective?

I firmly believe that the predefined process was not followed (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...). The initial key may not have been a "real key" but a fake key. Another option is to do a complete reinstallation with W10 Home and then upgrade, or much easier to use a full OEM version that is not much more expensive.
