Hello, I have a question regarding the fan lighting of this cooling system. Both fans light up, but one of them only has a white LED. the fan in question cannot be controlled via Icue and the other one can be controlled properly except for one LED which also lights up white. as far as I know, I have connected everything correctly. please ask for help.

If you are sure that you have connected everything correctly, I would guess that there was a defect when you received it. Some of the LEDs light up and some do not. I also don't know that you can control individual LEDs on ICue. To rule out setting errors.
Personally, I would click on "Defect on receipt" in the orders and briefly describe the situation to Digitec and wait for a reply.
