Hello I have an old Canon camcorder. Video transfer from mini DVC to PC worked with DV cable (IEEE 1394), direct connection to DV port of PC (still existed at that time). If camcorder is connected via the 3 video cables, does transfer work with Elgato on Windows 10?

My setup was not with a Canon camcorder, but with a VHS video recorder (Scart => 3 Cinch plugs),
but it should be comparable in principle.
And according to Elgato, the software should also run under Windows 10, see under "System Requirements" => https://www.elgato.com/en...
So yes, in my opinion it should work!

No idea ! I have only transferred films from VHS tapes to the iMac with the elgato without any problems. I am satisfied. Good luck !
