Hello, I have noticed that the price (today) under the "price development" is lower than the price displayed at the top next to the product photo. What does the customer have to pay now - or can I choose ?

The price at the top is decisive. You can also put the product in the shopping cart. The price you see there is what you pay at the checkout. With the price development, it may well be that it lags behind.
You can't choose anywhere ;-)
