Hello I have only had the printer for a few months. It always goes to error and can also be fixed by restarting. Can someone come by or do I have to send it in? Greetings Robert

You have an on-site warranty with this product, so you can register the printer as a warranty case via your customer account and then you will receive the contact details of the responsible service centre. The device will then be examined by a service technician on site and the damage will be repaired if possible.
