I have ordered the AsRock B560 Steel Legend motherboard.
Does this Kingston NV1 2000GB fit on the mainboard?

I'm a bit unsure because the Kingston 2TB model says PCIe 3.0 x4 under "Interface" and the other (500GB) (1000GB) says M.2M Key.
Is that the same or is there a difference?

I'm relatively new, as you can probably already tell^^

Yes, that is possible. However, your mainboard is PCIE 4.0 capable. The nvme is only 3.0. It will run perfectly and you will hardly notice the difference to 4.0.
