Hello, I received a Denon PMA-520AE from a friend who no longer used it, but it worked perfectly. I paired my PMA-520AE with a Denon DP 450 turntable + Denon SC-F109 speaker (Impedence 6 Ω). After a few listens, I realised that only one speaker was working, I tried with new Denon SC-M39 speakers (Impedence 6 Ω, but still the same problem. Is the problem with the PMA or the speakers? On the Internet, I read that it could come from the speakers which would have an impedence too low in Ω.... I could consider buying new speakers (not too expensive), but which ones? Who has a solution for me? FYI: PMA-520AE: Power amplifier part: Output terminals: Speakers: 4 - 16 Ω thank you for your replies and have a nice day
Hello
I have connected 40-year-old Infinity Kappa with 4 Ohm impedance to my Denon. Works perfectly.
