Dear bassgi,
Basically, 3 devices can be connected via this port replicator (USB-C, USB-A and HDMI). I have used the part and connected an HDMI monitor and a live cam at the same time. This was done on a powerful Macbook Pro that was about 1 year old. I found that more than one device connected did not work reliably. I lost an unrecoverable video recording in the process.
My recommendation: operate only one device per port replicator; if you connect more than one device, the functional reliability is not given.
My solution was then to operate two such port replicators with only one device type connected to each.
Good luck and greetings.

Since the webcam is connected via USB and the monitor presumably via HDMI, there should be nothing to prevent this.
