It does not exist as a physical keyboard. It exists only in Switzerland (CH). Swiss keyboard is until the option in the operating system. You get this keyboard with QWERTZ in Swiss layout, with the big key Enter, ö/é, ä/à, ü/è and the other symbols as you know it.
