Hello, Is this enough for a Ryzen 9 5950X used to the extreme (almost 200W of permanent power consumption)? I should point out that I don't do overclocking. It's just that I use it almost as much as a benchmark (like Cinebench for example).

I have a ryzen 9 5900x, have the aio in the bios up to 70 degrees to 40% at the running temps.when gaming max 65 degrees.very quiet and very good cooling performance.heat conductive paste is included.rgb can be controlled via the mainboard software eg at asus with aura sync.
