Not all cables are suitable for charging computers. I got a USB-C cable that was not marked with the lightning symbol for charging. The result was that the notebook did not charge.

Silly question, but both have happened to me...

Is the powerbank full? (white bar complete)
Have you plugged it into the right port (USB-C 60W)?
Try both cables, one of them suddenly broke (visually visible).
