Question about Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K with Alexa

Hello, So far I'm thrilled with the Fire TV Stick. However, I have one problem: I can't find the UPC app in the store. When I go to the Amazon website and search for the UPC app, I get a message that it's not available in my region. It looks like I'm in the wrong region, but I can't find anything. On AMAZON in the rating of the APP I see that I am not the only one. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks :)

There is also an address in the App Store for digital content, which must be changed to "Switzerland" if, as in my case, "Germany" is selected for whatever reason. ...solved.
