MS = Microsoft (Skype)
UC = Universal Connector
The difference is in the configuration of the device

Well, that's not very explanatory. Besides, I have the impression that the dimensions for the UC version are not correct. Which one is the most recent? Because the release dates don't seem to be correct either.
