Here they are advertising a free add-on product, but the game Warframe is already available for free on Steam and Epicgames. Are any addons/DLC meant here? It's not really the deciding factor for buying this processor.

What is meant here is that you get in-game items worth about 30 USD.
There are no add-ons to buy for Warframe in the sense that it is completely free-to-play. We don't know exactly which items these are, but probably boosters and platinum, possibly even a Prime.
