Yes, as long as your TV can receive Bluetooth. But the quality is not the same as on the PC because sonar / engine is missing.

Theoretically, if your TV has Bluetooth and allows you to connect headphones to it, then it should work.

Unfortunately, I can't say whether the latency and sound quality is good.
