It depends on your whole system AND if you are going to overclock gpu / cpu.

Basically, it's totally okay, if yo have a high end (gold / platinum / titanium) psu for your system.
BUT if you are planning on overclocking everything, things can go straight up. maybe they will add a higher power limit for the card in a future update and it's getting more tricky...
