Is this possible: I want to channel my TV signal from the Swisscom box through the Extractor via HDMI and then transfer the audio track to the Sonos Playbase via Toslink. I want to pass the picture signal on to the TV via HDMI? My TV does not support Dolby Digital.

I don't know the Swisscom box. If it transmits the audio signal via HDMI (which is to be assumed), this configuration should work. I use the Extractor with a Gigatron 360 IPTV box and route the sound via Toslink to my (old) 5.1 system. This works flawlessly.

I only use the device as a repeater, but theoretically what you have in mind should work.
