Hello,
I have a motorised 'celexon' screen which is almost on the ground and which rises and once it is tensioned, it is quite flat. The projector is definitely set on it and there is no problem... Sorry, I'm not sure how to help you.

As far as 'automatic' compatibility with a screen is concerned, I don't think so, I didn't see any such thing in the configuration anyway. However, it is possible to adjust the keystone in the control panel, and there's a grid pattern to help. And no, this model doesn't have a sensor for automatic image correction.

Hello, I think the problem is in motorized screen. It was my first choice back then, but after some research and reviews I drop that idea.
Looks cool yeah but... Mostly negative reviews were because of tension of the screen (impossible make it "flat").
At the end I bought Elite Screens Aeon Edge Free CLR and there work both of methods (App and Manually) perfectly.
Have a nice day..
