Hi, I would like to use this card with my PC. However, I am not sure how to connect this sound card to a Marantz SR7011 amplifier (cable). I don't want to use a Bluetooth connection. Is that possible at all? PC->USB sound card ->Marantz SR7011.

Yes, that is possible. You have a line that can be used as either a 3.5 mm jack or an optical line.
