Question about Thrustmaster T-GT II

Hi, I've just bought it. In GT7, the rumble effect is very faint. I hardly feel tire grip or shifting. Very little road surface and almost no engine/rpm feedback. That with maximum vibration settings (150). There is a strange pop noise coming from the transducer as well... Is that normal ? What is to expect ? Refering to many reviews the whole thing should shake or at least be clearly distinguishable from regular FFB.

Yes, it was a big disappointment for me too. I had a T500RS that I had to change because of incompatibility with the PS5. This T-GT is nothing more than a toy for beginners. The sensations aren't there, the diameter of the steering wheel slot is too small, and these paddles that turn with the steering wheel, just an unbearable horror. On the other hand, I didn't hear any strange noises, so that's something.

Hello, the effect on max. 150 is noticeable but discreet in my personal opinion. Don't expect too much. As an. indicator, you should feel your pedals vibrate (again, discreetly) when they are attached to a wheelbase or Simrig. The switch on the bottom left of the wheelbase must be in GT position.
