To activate Windows 11 on the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 (83JQ005AMZ), first check under Settings → System → About whether Windows is already activated. If not, open Settings → Update & Security → Activation and click on Change product key to enter the licence key supplied with your device, or log in with your Microsoft account if Windows was previously activated, activation is then often automatic.
