The headphones have Bluetooth, a USB wireless adapter and an AUX connection. You can try connecting the USB wireless adapter to the TV, but I don't know if TVs support this. If the TV supports Bluetooth, you can connect the headphones to the TV via Bluetooth. If neither of these works, you can still connect the headphones to the TV with an AUX cable, which should be possible with any TV.

In addition to the answers already given: The main plus points of the headphones are the microphone and the noise reduction. This works well at low frequencies. Children's screams still come through. If this is not really a need, a lightweight headphone is probably the better solution.
