How can I get the full 65 watts from the powerbank? When I charge my mobile, it shows that it is charging at 9 volts and approx. 1.2 - 1.3 amps. That's about 10-11 watts. How can I get the full 65 watts?

Does your phone support fast charging? Because not all do and is the cable a specific cable? USBC 3.2. Not all cables are the same. 65watt is just theory.
