Question about Microsoft Xbox Series X
How come Digitec allows all the stock to be purchased by scalper bots in seconds? This is a joke, the lack of respect for your customers is ridiculous. You have the technology to track down these orders easily, doesn't take a genius to check multiple accounts delivering to the same address?! Cancel them all, allow regular customers to buy the product at fair prices without being ripped off by scalpers.

We would like to mention that there was no sale of the “Xbox Series X” at the 23.11. The release-date (23.11) that was displayed referred to the actual sale which happened at the 18.11, as a small quantity could be offered by us within a bundle. The reason for us to set said release-date was to take the time reviewing all the sales and cancel the multiple ones. As with other high demanded products in the past, we only receive small quantities of consoles. The demand, on the other hand, is proportionally very large, so we decided that we don’t communicate the sales on a large scale.
To all of those who invested time, hoping to get their hands on one of the coveted consoles and were still disappointed, we would like to apologize.
From a technical point of view, the release date gave us the chance to take action against scalpers and bots in order to make shopping fairer. The resulting confusion in Xbox and PS5 sales was definitely not our intention. Out of this reason, it is unclear at the moment whether future releases will be handled in the same way. We will continue to work intensively on solutions in this regard. We will also review internal communication, which can also influence the overall situation.

I would say contact the customer support directly....better on phone and ask for what's going on there.. digitec could improve but I assume there is no stuff that's cares enough
