how do you set this printer to permanent black and white?

Helpful answer
If you want to print, you can select the profile "B & W Documents".

I have two use cases for which I have created two printer profiles.
Profile 1: Landscape and B&W
Profile 2: Portrait and B&W

Only when switching to these profiles the colour and orientation is not changed, I suspect an error in the Canon driver and I still have to place a support request with Canon.
