Question about ASUS GeForce ROG STRIX RTX 3090 GAMING
How does the price actually come about? One day the ticket costs Fr. 200 more, the next day Fr. 100 less. And that's despite the fact that there are almost no tickets available? In other words, demand and supply are not right anyway. I pre-ordered the ticket 2 days after release. And now the card would be almost Fr 100.-- cheaper than my price. Somehow I don't think that's quite correct. I don't care about the delivery date. It's not Digitec's fault if they don't receive any cards. But I don't think it's right that price reductions are not passed on to pre-orderers. Yes, I could cancel the order now and order again today. But then I would probably wait 3 months longer. And the card might be even cheaper by then xD

Yes, I also find it annoying, I totally agree with you. I've had to deal with support a few times because of this. You can write to the support for an adjustment. Specify the price, date and time (preferably with a screenshot). But now it's become too stupid for me to argue every few weeks about an adjustment and I just keep reordering the card. -_-
I don't mind if the card comes later but I understand if you don't like to wait long for it.
I think that it is due to the fact that Digitec's algorithm is trying to match the lowest available price on the market because they get most of their supply from third-party vendors (with a CHF 50 mark-up because it's Digitec /s). You can see that the Digitec's price fluctuation follows the toppreise pattern of price variation:

So your best bet to pay less would be to create a shell company that propose the graphic card for CHF 100, be listed on toppreise, wait for Digitec to list the card for CHF 150, buy it and dissolve the shell company. /s
