How good would the 9800X3D be as a work in day gaming in night CPU in your opinion? I am editing 4K-BRAW or HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 with not quite intesive grading

The 9800X3D is great at gaming but not the best for editing. From the benchmarks I've seen, you may be better off with an Intel CPU for balanced performance in both gaming and editing.

The 9950x3d that is coming soon would fit even better.
