Why do you want to know how many watts the mainboard can handle? Check the mainboard manufacturer's website to see if the selected CPU is supported. Select the appropriate components such as: Memory, graphics card, CPU & case fan, hard drives, power supply and enter all of this into the power supply calculator at be quiet. You will then see whether your power supply fits in terms of watts.
