Without a power supply, nothing :D . But to answer your question , with the fans I think it's max 0.3A with RGB on . At 5V 0.3A (max, not average) is 1.5W per fan. 7 fans = 10.5W maximum. In reality, somewhat throttled, it is around 5-8W.
