How often can I restart the computer with it? I used it to reboot my old PC a year ago before selling it, and installed it on my new one. Can I now reboot my PC with the same licence? Ps I installed it on the wrong hard drive due to a mistake and then had to reinstall it.

Yes you can use the same code that is no problem. Even if a mistake happens again ;-) Insert the CD and start again with the same code.

Yes, it worked.
I contacted MS customer service and they said that a licence can only run on one system at a time. They couldn't explain why mine still runs on 2 systems at the same time.
