They fit me well. But not all ears are the same. Sometimes they might get stuck again if you have the feeling they're going to fall out... which has never happened to me!

These are definitely not for doing sports. Depending on your ear structure, they will stay in your ear a bit better or a bit worse, but they will not stay in your ear for anything more than walking at a normal pace.
