One station is reduced in price, the other is not. So I was wondering if there are any technical differences?

The difference in the product description is subtle. Only the more expensive model mentions MagSafe (Apple standard). And only with this does the iPhone charge with 15W. MagSafe is not mentioned in the cheaper model and should therefore not be available. For other manufacturers, it may not make any difference.

As far as I know, the more expensive variant charges iPhones with higher performance because it has a corresponding licence.
