HyperX Cloud II, Can't get the mic to work. Connected to USB. WIN10 64bit. System - Hardware and Sound - Audio Devices. Playback Hyper X = standard. Ditto recording. Properties both = Device migrated. General = The unit is working properly. Unfortunately only the headphones work. Who knows advice for an amateur?

Try if you can update the firmware? (Can be found on the manufacturer's page.
Otherwise: Check that the mute button is "ticked" (on the page). Is everything plugged in properly? The plug on my box was loose the other day.
