I think it's still OK for shipping. However, there should not be a minimum quantity surcharge for collection.

I put things like that on my watch list and wait until I need something "bigger" again.... You don't always have to have everything :)

I think the objection is justified, especially for something that you can throw into an envelope and it's gone, a small-quantity surcharge of 9Fr is quite a lot.

I find the 3€ for shipping very fair. Free shipping for orders over 30€. Very competitive.
There are normally NEVER any charges for collection. The people in charge should probably take another look at that.
