I actually managed to leave the charging case on the train. Does anyone happen to know where I could buy the case separately? At least Sony's website says it's possible, but I haven't found anything.

Hi F4H3,

The charging case can be ordered as a spare part from (online) spare parts dealers.
If you have lost an earphone, please contact an authorised Sony service centre to have your earphones configured. The earphones have preset information to communicate with each other. Only an authorised service centre can configure the firmware versions of your earphones. All three components (left earphone, right earphone, charging case) must be present during configuration.
