I already have a Magic 2 Starter kit (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/devolo-magic-2-lan-starter-kit-1-1-2-2400mbits-powerline-9676526) and would like to add these two, is that possible or do I then have a second "master plug" in the network?

Yes, you can add more Magic 2 adapters to the Magic 2 at any time. The manufacturer also provides instructions for this on the website.
